As mentioned earlier we recently conducted a feasibility study in Ghana. The aim of the study was to help inform the validity of our business by gaining a deeper understanding of the needs of the people we aim to serve.
We won’t go into the fine details of the study here, but we will share with you some key data to help you paint a better picture of life for marginalised youth in non-urban Ghana as it is today.
Internet access is incredibly expensive, and a commodity that people make a lot of sacrifices for, to put this into perspective, consider that those we spoke to spend an incredible high portion (~40%) of their weekly income on this internet access.
We are continuously looking into new areas and have therefore started our research in Uganda, where we have established a research team of 6 highly motivated young people in the districts of Luuka and Bugweri in the Bosuga region. we look forward to share more on this with you as soon as possible.
If you think your business might benefit from the insights we have gathered, or perhaps you have some ideas for a custom study, please get in touch. Our Ghanaian and Ugandan research teams can be tasked to create bespoke studies for a wide range of use cases.
